IPSI Scholarship

 

Scholarship Application Deadline is February 28, 2026.


The IWEA Public Service Scholarship is designed to aid public works professionals seeking to better prepare themselves to for leadership roles in their respective departments. IWEA will award one scholarship to cover one (of the three) session’s tuition at the Illinois Public Service Institute (IPSI), $725.00. Scholarship recipients will be announced at the Illinois Wastewater Professionals Conference. Professionals must be an Illinois resident or work for an Illinois based municipality or utility to be considered for the scholarship. Applicants must provide proof of registration for an IPSI session within the next twelve (12) months.

Application consideration is open to everyone registered for IPSI. However, public works professionals, plant operators, and IWEA members are preferred.
